Outdoor Watering Restrictions begin Early for 2025. Outdoor watering restrictions begin May 1st 2025. If you are filling a swimming pool please note, rates are $4.87 per 1,000 gallons of water ($24.35 for a 5,000 gallon pool). You are allowed to fill your pools using your hose, and are not required to go through the fire department.
